Refund requests are handled based on where you originally purchased your Gridwise Plus membership.
- Memberships purchased through the Gridwise website are handled by Gridwise Support
- Memberships purchased through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple
- Memberships purchased through Google Play are handled by Google
If you aren’t sure where your membership is managed:
- Open the Gridwise app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Membership
- Tap Manage Membership
If You Purchased Through the Gridwise Website
If you signed up through the Gridwise website, our support team can review your request.
To request a refund:
- Email support@gridwise.io
- Use the subject line: Refund Request
- Include:
- The email linked to your account
- A brief explanation of your request
What to expect:
Our team will review your records to determine whether you qualify for a refund. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
If You Purchased Through Apple (App Store)
Apple manages all billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases.
To request a refund:
- Go to: https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Select Billing & Subscriptions
- Choose Subscriptions & Purchases
- Select Request a Refund
- Follow the prompts

If You Purchased Through Google Play
Google manages all billing and refund decisions for Google Play purchases.
To request a refund:
- Go to: https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244
- Follow the steps to submit your request
👉 Google reviews and approves refund requests based on their policies.
Note: Requests typically must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
