Alerts help you stay on top of your work so you can earn more and avoid surprises. Turn on reminders for mileage and time tracking, earnings sync updates, worker resources, events, weather, and more.
Set Up and Manage Your Alerts
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap Alerts.
- Toggle Alerts On.
- Toggle on each alert you want to receive.
Alert Options
Gridwise Updates: Get notified about new features and curated flex worker resources that help you work smarter.
Earnings Sync Alerts: Know when your linked work accounts update with new earnings, so you can track progress in real time.
Mileage Tracking: Receive reminders to start or stop the Miles and Time Tracker, helping you capture every mile and minute.
Events & Weather: See what’s happening in your city with notifications for featured events and weather updates. Set custom event reminders too (Plus exclusive).
Airports (Plus exclusive): Create custom alerts for arrivals, departures, and delays to time airport runs with confidence.
Tips
- Keep Alerts On and enable only the categories you need to reduce noise.
- Revisit Settings → Alerts anytime to adjust your preferences.
