How Do I Delete My Account?

To permanently delete your Gridwise account, follow these steps in your account settings:

1. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
2. On the Profile screen, select the gear icon at the top right to navigate to Settings.
3. Choose Support.
4. Tap Delete Account and follow the steps to complete the process.
   Once your account is deleted, your information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If you have a Gridwise Plus subscription, please make sure to unsubscribe on the App Store or Google Play. Gridwise does not handle billing directly.
