You can review your Gridwise Plus subscription anytime from your Membership settings. There, you can review your billing cycle, renewal date, membership status, and where your billing is managed.

How to Check Your Renewal Date
- Open the Gridwise app
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner
- Select Settings (gear icon)
- Tap Membership
- Review your subscription details and renewal date
Your renewal date is the date your Gridwise Plus subscription automatically renews and your next billing period begins.
How Auto-Renewal Works
All paid Gridwise Plus subscription renew automatically to help you maintain uninterrupted access to premium features.
- Monthly subscriptions renew once every month
- Annual subscriptions renew once per year
Your subscription is billed through the provider you used when signing up.
Where Your Subscription Is Managed
Your billing and cancellation steps depend on where you originally purchased your Gridwise Plus subscription.
- Apple App Store → Managed by Apple

- Gridwise Website → Managed directly by Gridwise

How to Cancel Your Membership
If You Purchased Through the Gridwise Website
- Open the Gridwise app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Membership
- Select Manage Membership
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription
If You Purchased Through Apple (App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name
- Select Subscriptions
- Choose Gridwise
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If You Purchased Through Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Gridwise
- Tap Cancel subscription
Billing Issues & Payment Retries
Billing issues, payment retries, and subscription updates are handled by the billing provider tied to your Gridwise Plus subscription. If a payment attempt fails, your billing provider may automatically retry the charge using your saved payment method or another payment method associated with your account.

If your subscription is managed directly through Gridwise, you can update your payment method, manage your membership, or cancel your subscription by selecting Manage Membership in the Gridwise app.
What Happens After You Cancel
After cancellation, your Gridwise Plus subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
You will continue to have access to Plus features until your subscription expires.
