You can reset your password at any time by following these steps:

- Open the Gridwise App.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Gridwise Account.
- Tap Submit.
- Close Gridwise and go to your email.
To find the password reset email in your inbox:
- Look for an email from noreply@gridwise.io with the subject "Reset password instructions".
- Click the reset link (note: the link will expire 4 hours after being requested).
- Enter your new password in both fields on the reset screen.
- Tap Change My Password.
- Open the Gridwise app and sign in with your new password.
If you're having trouble receiving the password reset email:
- Ensure that the email you're entering is the same one you used to sign up.
- Check your spam and junk folders for our email.
- Add noreply@gridwise.io to your contacts and request a new reset link.
- Reach out to our support team at support@gridwise.io.
