You can check your next billing date anytime in your account settings. Your Membership page shows your plan, billing cycle, and the exact date your subscription renews.
How to Check Your Renewal Date
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner of the Gridwise app.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- Select Membership.
- At the top of the screen, review your plan details and renewal date (shown as your expiration date).
Your renewal date is the day your membership will automatically renew and your next billing period begins.

How Auto-Renewal Works
All paid Gridwise Plus memberships renew automatically so you can keep uninterrupted access to premium features.
- Monthly plans renew once every month.
- Annual plans renew once per year.
Your subscription is billed through the platform you used to sign up (Apple App Store or Google Play).
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Since subscriptions are managed by your app store, you’ll need to cancel through Apple or Google Play.
Cancel on iPhone (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Gridwise.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon.
- Select Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Gridwise.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Note: Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even after you cancel.
