How to Connect Link-Only Work Accounts

Gridwise now allows you to link Work accounts for hundreds of additional Companies — even if automatic earnings syncing isn’t available for them yet.

Linking now prepares your account for future automatic syncing and helps expand coverage for the Companies you work with.

What Is “Link-Only” Account Linking?

Link-only connections let you securely connect your Work account for a Company where automatic earnings syncing isn't available yet.

When you connect:

1. Your account shows as Connected in your profile
2. Earnings will not sync yet
3. Your connection helps Gridwise prioritize which Companies to fully support next
4. Your account will automatically sync earnings if full support becomes available

Why Connect Now?

Even though earnings don’t sync yet, connecting gives you important benefits:

• Be ready immediately if syncing becomes available
• Reduce future setup by connecting once
• Help prioritize coverage for the Companies you work with

Your action directly helps expand automatic earnings syncing for the Work you already do.

How to Connect

1. Open the Gridwise app
2. Go to Profile
3. Select + Add Work Accounts
4. Scroll or search for the Company
5. Tap Learn More when you see the message:
   “Want earnings syncing for this Company? Connect your Work account to bring syncing to you sooner.”
6. Follow the secure connection steps

Once connected, the Company will appear as Connected in your profile.

To track earnings manually while automatic syncing is not available, select Manual Entry as the data source.

What Happens When Full Syncing Becomes Available?

If a link-only Company is upgraded to full automatic earnings syncing:

• Your previously linked account will automatically begin syncing payouts
• You’ll see earnings data populate inside Gridwise
• No additional setup is required

Is My Information Secure?

Yes. Gridwise uses secure, encrypted connections to link your Work accounts.

• Your login credentials are never stored by Gridwise
• You can disconnect a Company at any time from your profile.
