How To Switch Between Automatic and Manual Earnings Tracking

When you connect your work accounts to Gridwise, your past earnings sync automatically. You can switch between automatic and manual tracking at any time.

Switching from Linked Account to Manually Entered

1. Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner.
2. Under Work Accounts, select the company you want to switch.
3. Under Data Source, tap the circle next to Manually Entered.
4. A check mark will appear next to Manually Entered, confirming it’s active.
5. Repeat these steps for any other companies you’d like to switch.

Switching from Manually Entered to Linked Account

To switch back to automatic earnings tracking, follow the same steps above, but select Linked Account.

If your account has been in manual mode for a while, you may be prompted to relink your service.

Once you switch back, manual earnings entries will no longer be displayed for that service.

Important Notes and Next Steps:

• When switching from Linked Account to Manual Entry, previously synced earnings will no longer be visible.
  • If you’d like to keep a record of your past data, export your earnings and mileage reports before switching.
• You can switch back to Linked Account at any time to restore your previous data.
