Gridwise makes an effort to show your linked earnings as it would appear in your driver apps; however, they may not always match up. If you notice a mismatch between your service app and the Gridwise app, it could be due to the following reasons:

- Gridwise will pull in your linked earnings once every 24 hours. This can lead to partial earnings for your day until fully synced. Please be patient and regularly check to see your earnings populate. To receive a notification when your accounts are updated, refer to this article.
- Gridwise organizes your earnings based on when the trip was accepted. Your earnings reset daily at midnight and weekly on Monday. Other services might group earnings differently within their summaries and statements. You may find your earnings appear on different days compared to other platforms.
- Some incentives, promotions, and fees may be missing. We're actively working to identify and fill these gaps to ensure completeness.

- Date of earnings discrepancy
- Earnings value in the Gridwise app
- Earnings value in the driver partner app
- Screenshots of both the Gridwise app and service app showing missing earnings
