How to Manually Track Earnings

Gridwise lets you manually track your daily earnings, tips, and bonuses for any work accounts set to Manual Entry.

This helps you keep accurate records for companies that don’t yet support automatic earnings syncing.

How to Add Manual Earnings

1. Tap the black (+) button at the top right of your Earnings page.
2. Select + Gig Service Earnings.
3. Choose the date.
4. Enter your total earnings and number of trips or deliveries.
5. Tap Save in the top right corner.
6. You’ll see a confirmation alert once saved.

How to Edit Manual Earnings

1. From the Earnings page, tap This Week.
2. Select the date of your entry (use arrows to change weeks).
3. Tap the earnings entry you want to edit.
4. Update your earnings and trip count.
5. Tap Save.
6. A confirmation alert will appear once saved.

How to Add Tips, Bonuses, or Other Earnings

1. Tap the black (+) button at the top right of your Earnings page.
2. Select Tips, Bonuses, and Other Earnings.
3. Select the service that received the earnings.
4. Choose the date and tap Category.
5. Choose a category: Bonus, Other, Tips, or Uncategorized.
6. (Plus Exclusive) Add a Note for additional details.
7. Tap Save.
8. Enter the dollar amount earned.
9. Tap Save again to confirm.
10. You’ll see a confirmation alert once your entry is saved.

How to Delete a Manual Entry

1. From the Earnings page, tap This Week.
2. Select the date of your entry (use arrows to change weeks).
3. Tap the entry you’d like to delete.
4. Tap the red Delete button at the bottom.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete again.
6. You’ll see a confirmation alert once deleted.

• Manual entry is only available for services set up for Manual Entry.
