How to Unlink a Work Account

If you ever need to remove a connected service from Gridwise, you can do so easily from your profile.

Unlinking a service stops future earnings from syncing and removes any previously imported data from that work account.

Steps to Unlink a Work Account

1. Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Select the company you’d like to unlink.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Manage Linked Account.
4. Tap Stop Sharing and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Important

When you unlink a work account, all previously imported earnings from that account will be removed from Gridwise.

If you’d like to keep a record of your past data, you can export your earnings and mileage reports before unlinking.
