How Do I Delete My Account?

If you no longer want to use Gridwise, you can permanently delete your account from your app settings. This process fully removes your information from Gridwise.

Delete Your Account in the Gridwise App

1. Open the Gridwise app.

2. Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.

3. On your Profile screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Settings.

4. Select Support.

5. Tap Delete Account, then follow the prompts to complete the process.

Important Note

Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your information is removed and cannot be recovered.

If You Have Gridwise Plus

Gridwise does not manage billing directly.

If you have an active Gridwise Plus subscription, make sure to cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
