If you can’t sign in to your Gridwise account because you forgot your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.
Reset Your Password
Open the Gridwise app.
Tap Sign in.
Tap Forgot password?
Enter the email address associated with your Gridwise account.
Tap Submit.
Close the Gridwise app and go to your email inbox.
Find the Password Reset Email
To reset your password, look for the email we send you:
Open your email inbox.
Search for a message from noreply@gridwise.io with the subject line “Reset password instructions”.

Open the email and click the reset link.
Important: The reset link will expire 4 hours after you request it. If it’s been longer than 4 hours, request a new link from the app.
Enter your new password in both fields on the reset screen.
Tap Change My Password.
Open the Gridwise app and sign in with your new password.
If You’re Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
If you don’t see the reset email in your inbox:
Make sure you’re entering the same email address you used when you signed up for Gridwise.
Check your Spam, Junk, and any filtered folders (like Promotions or Updates) for our email.
Add noreply@gridwise.io to your contacts, then go back to the Gridwise app and request a new reset link.
