My Service is Not Available for Automatic Syncing

Not seeing your service listed for automatic linking? Don't worry! With Gridwise, you can manually enter your earnings for more than 100 services.

How to add a service for manual tracking:

1. Tap on your profile picture in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Under Services, tap Add a service.
3. Scroll or search for the service you want to add.
4. Locate your gig app and tap on it.
5. If there's no option for automatic syncing, you'll see "Add (SERVICE NAME)".
6. An alert will appear at the top to confirm that your service has been added.

If you can't locate your service in Gridwise, please send a ticket to our support team at support@gridwise.io. Be sure to include the service you want to add, and we'll place it on our to-do list!
