How to Link Your Work Accounts for Automatic Earnings Tracking

Track all your earnings automatically in one place. Link your work accounts to sync pay from multiple income streams so you can see where you're earning the most and make smarter decisions.

How to Link a Work Account

1. Tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
2. Tap + Add Work Accounts under Your Work Accounts.
3. Scroll or search for the company you’d like to link.
4. If available, tap Sync Automatically. If not, see this article.
5. Enter your login information and tap Continue.
6. Enter your verification code (if required) and tap Continue.
7. When your past earnings finish importing, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive a notification.
8. Repeat these steps for each company you want to link.

Verification Codes and Security Emails

• Some accounts may send a verification code via text or email.
• If you don’t receive a code, check your app a backup code.
• You might receive a security email saying your account was accessed from a new location. This is normal, it’s part of the linking process.

Account linking limitations

• Uber: Linking Uber also links Uber Eats.
• Grubhub: Only the last five weeks of data will sync to Gridwise.
• Instacart: The connection may pause while you’re active in the Shopper app. Reconnect after your shift.
• Spark Driver: The connection will automatically disconnect after syncing. Reconnect at the end of your workday. See full details here.

What to Expect After Linking

• Initial syncing may take 24–48 hours while Gridwise loads your past data.
• Basic plans: Imports all past earnings up to the date you first linked your account.
• Plus plans: Receive automatic daily updates.
• Manual earnings entries will be replaced with synced data.
• Any mileage you’ve tracked stays saved and won’t be affected.
