When you connect your work accounts to Gridwise, your past earnings sync automatically. You can switch between automatic and manual tracking at any time.
Switching from Linked Account to Manual Earnings
- Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner.
- Under Work Accounts, select the company you want to switch.
- Under Data Source, tap the circle next to Manual Earnings.
- A check mark will appear next to Manual Earnings, confirming it’s active.
- Repeat these steps for any other companies you’d like to switch.
Switching from Manual Earnings to Linked Account
To switch back to automatic earnings tracking, follow the same steps above, but select Linked Account.
If your account has been in manual mode for a while, you may be prompted to relink your service.
Once you switch back, manual earnings entries will no longer be displayed for that company.
Important Notes and Next Steps:
- When switching from Linked Account to Manual Earnings, previously synced earnings will no longer be visible.
- If you’d like to keep a record of your past data, export your earnings and mileage reports before switching.
- You can switch back to Linked Account at any time to restore your previous data.

Hello, my Spark Driver application was not approved. I would like to know the reason for the denial and if there is any way to appeal or reapply. Thank you.
