Gridwise works hard to display your linked earnings as accurately as possible, but sometimes your totals might not perfectly match what you see in your work accounts.
If you notice a difference, it could be due to one of the following reasons
Common Reasons for Mismatched Earnings
- Last Update: Gridwise updates linked earnings every 24 hours. This may cause partial earnings to appear until syncing finishes. Check back later in the day, or set up alerts to be notified when syncing is complete.
- Different earning dates: Gridwise organizes your earnings based on when each trip or task was accepted. Your totals reset daily at midnight and weekly on Mondays. Other platforms may group earnings by payout date, which may shift totals by a day or two.
- Incomplete or missing bonuses: Some promotions, incentives, or fees may not appear immediately. We're continuously working to capture these for more complete reporting. For info on how to add these earnings manually, please see this article.
If Your Totals Still Don’t Match
If your earnings still appear incorrect after reviewing the points above, please contact our support team at support@gridwise.io and include:
- Date of the earnings discrepancy
- Earnings amount shown in the Gridwise app
- Earnings amount shown in your work app
- Screenshots of both apps showing the earnings
Once we have this information, our team will review and follow up with next steps.
