Add First and Last Name to Generated Report

Would it be possible to incorporate users full name on the generated earnings, mileage and expenses reports. This would make a great profit and loss report, it just needs basic information incorporated like full name, contact, business name.

  That is absolutely true. Wish they make this happen.

  I was able to finance a car and take a loan out using the generated forms. All I needed to do was add my name on the forms, could really be useful for users and subscribers.
