    Thanks for reaching out and reporting your mileage tracking issue to us. 

    Could you please verify that the following settings are correctly configured on your device?

    • Ensure that Precise location is turned on
      • Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Location → Use precise location
    • Set Location to "Allowed Always"
      • Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Location → Allow all the time
    • Turn on Motion and fitness activity
      • Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Physical activity → Allow
    • Make sure Cellular data is turned on
      • Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Mobile data
    • Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on
      • Go to Settings → Network & internet → Internet → Wi-Fi
    • Turn on Background app refresh
      • Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Mobile data & Wi-Fi → Background data
    • Confirm app battery usage is unrestricted
      • Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → App battery usage → Unrestricted
