Automatic tracking only works sometimes
RespondidaYesterday it logged every trip I took which was great. Today at the end of the day it said I didn't drive any miles. I drove probably 50 miles. Do t get it.

Could you please verify that the following settings are correctly configured on your device?

Ensure that Precise location is turned on
- Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Location → Use precise location

Set Location to "Allowed Always"
- Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Location → Allow all the time

Turn on Motion and fitness activity
- Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Permissions → Physical activity → Allow

Make sure Cellular data is turned on
- Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Mobile data

Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on
- Go to Settings → Network & internet → Internet → Wi-Fi

Turn on Background app refresh
- Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → Mobile data & Wi-Fi → Background data

Confirm app battery usage is unrestricted
- Go to Settings → Apps → Gridwise → App battery usage → Unrestricted
