Import .csv mileage from Everlance and other mileage apps.

You guys have to put a way to import mileage data from other apps into gridwise. Whether it be Everlance, quick books, etc. If they export .csv files then it shouldn't be too hard.

  Everlance and Google maps have all my tracked miles. It would be very helpful to add these two or at least maps. 😁
