Add Axlehire and Shiftsmart

I have requested these services to be added several times. You guys added a bunch of other random, obscure services. Why can't you add these two? At least add their names to the manual entry list so that I can keep track of my wages. What needs to happen for services to meet your criteria in order to be added to the list?
