It would be nice if I could zoom in on the map so I can see the streets when I’m reviewing trips! Even better if the start and end of trip addresses were visible!

  Agreed! I find Gridwise's map service very under par. I also subscribe to Everlance for mileage tracking because their mapping is extremely robust and allows you to zoom in to view the exact locations. Until Gridwise enhances their mapping, ill stay with my two subscriptions, especially since they can both be submitted as a tax refund.
