The Disappearance of Quest Bonuses

Am I the only one who has seen their UberEats Quest goals/bonuses disappear?  How can the execs at Uber just take away 50-60% of my (our) income and move them to just Surge pricing?  That $200-400 a week I was earning with Quest bonuses was essential when it came to my weekly eanings.  I literally cannot pay my bills with the erasure of this and that, combined with ridiculous gas prices, almost make it impossible to do gig deliveries anymore.  Hey Uber, don't squeeze out your long-running, dedicated delivery drivers because you want us to now switch to regular Uber!!!!!  I'm back to trying DoorDash again and it's cool to have my tips upfront (unlike UberEats) but I still feel the pinch of lost bonuses.
