Gridwise Plus popups in the App

I’m currently subscribed to Gridwise Plus through my iPhone, but I keep getting these popups to subscribe to Gridwise Plus in the app and also in my email, making me think maybe I am missing something. Is everyone getting these messages to Upgrade even they already are upgraded? Is the service changing and I need to subscribe again? Is it a Gridwise Plus Plus? I’m already paying $6.99/month but the pop up makes me think the price is going up to $9,99 and I’m not “already in”
What’s going on? Does someone need to fix the marketing campaign?

We appreciate you getting in touch and letting us know about this. We are investigating this further on our end. Rest assured, you are subscribed to our monthly plan and locked in at the $6.99 rate until Jan 1st, 2025.
