How do I connect point of pick up with gridwise

  Hi Gigi - thank you for reaching out! 

  Great news! Automatic linking with Point Pickup is currently supported in Gridwise for automatic earnings syncing.

  To add Point Pickup to your Gridwise account, you just need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Tap on your profile picture at the top left corner.
  2. Tap on + Add a service under services.
  3. Scroll or search for Point Pickup.
  4. Tap "Sync Automatically".
  5. Enter your service account login information and tap Continue.
  6. Enter your verification code and tap Continue (Note: This step is only required for some accounts).
  7. You will see a confirmation message at the top of your earnings page and receive a notification once your service account is synced with Gridwise.

  Please Note: You might receive a security email from the service provider informing you that your account has been accessed from a different location. Don't worry, this is just a regular part of the account linking process.

  Linking for the first time can take 24 - 48 hours as we load all your data into Gridwise. You will be notified once the syncing is complete. Once your account is fully synced, you can look forward to receiving an earnings update every 24 hours.
