expenses based on % vehicle is used for business
AnsweredI entered my gas expenses & the net income is not entirely correct. I don't use my vehicle 100% for business so the expenses need to be prorated much like this calculation is done to calculate our annual taxes.
it would be tedious to mark every trip as personal or business so I hope you can come up with a better way to do it.
IDEA: perhaps ask drivers to enter their odometer reading *once a month* so you can calculate the percentage the vehicle was used for ride-sharing & deliveries based on last months reading.
