Untrue Health Violations
I received an email about a health violation from Lyft last night. Generic email, no details, stating that I did not wear my mask for the entire ride. I have lupus, an autoimmune disease. I ALWAYS wear my mask. I’ve never had any issues. I’m a 5* driver, no complains in 1200 rides in 16 mos on BOTH Lyft and Uber. I do have chronic dry mouth and I do sip on a drink, but not every ride and unless we are going 30 min or more probably not more than once. The mask pops down then back up. It’s never off. I’ve responded back to Lyft demanding that such “violations” have photographic proof, since that is easy for passengers to do, even quietly. Before any deactivation.
