My Trends

The My Trends tool, found in the Insights tab, helps you track your performance over time and see how you compare to other drivers and delivery workers in your area.

It’s a powerful way to monitor progress, stay motivated, and improve your performance over time.

Monitor Your Performance

At the top of the Insights screen, you’ll see a snapshot of your performance from the previous week.

Six key stats help you understand your earnings and activity trends:

1. Earnings: How your total earnings have changed over time and compared to others.
2. Earnings Per Hour: How much you earn for each hour worked, your time efficiency.
3. Earnings Per Trip: How your average earnings per trip have changed over time.
4. Trips: How your total trip volume compares week to week and to other drivers.
5. Earnings Per Mile: How efficiently you’re earning based on distance driven.
6. Trips Per Hour: How often you’re completing trips per hour, your activity level.

View Your Trends Over Time

1. Open the Insights tab.
2. Tap My Trends.
3. Review your percentage change from the previous week.
4. Tap any stat card to view an interactive graph.
5. Slide the graph left or right to switch between weeks or use the selector at the bottom left to view a different stat.

Compare Your Performance to Other Drivers (Plus exclusive)

Gridwise Plus members can compare their results to the market average in their area.

1. A horizontal line shows the average performance of other drivers each week.
2. The figure for your selected week appears beside your personal number at the top.
3. You can choose to view all services or focus on categories like rideshare, food, grocery, or package delivery.

Note: Category and service breakdowns aren’t currently available for Earnings Per Hour, Earnings Per Mile, or Trips Per Hour.
