Use Gridwise to help you understand Where to Drive

The Where to Drive feature is listed on the Insights tab. See how much drivers in your area are earning! This tool helps you see the median earnings of other drivers on specific days of the week, times and services in select cities.

Click on Where to Drive to view and at the bottom you will see different data types to filter.

We currently show four different stats: 

1. Earnings - shows the total amount of money earned by drivers in each neighborhood over the selected time period, time of day, and service type. You can use this to understand which neighborhoods generate the most total earnings.
2. Trips - shows the total number of trips taken by drivers that originated in each neighborhood over the selected time period, time of day and service type. You can use this to understand from which neighborhoods the most trips originate. 
3. Earnings Per Trip -  shows the median earnings for trips taken by drivers that originated in each neighborhood over the selected time period, time of day and service type. You can use this to understand which neighborhoods generate the most profitable trips. When clicking on the horizontal stat bar the data will change from rank to the median number. 
4. Distance Per Trip - shows the median distance for trips taken by drivers that originated in each neighborhood over the selected time period, time of day and service type. You can use this to understand how far people and goods typically need to travel on trips originating from each neighborhood. When clicking on the horizontal stat bar the data will change from rank to the median number. 

Sort Data based on proximity, service, time of day

By default, you will see up to 50 of the top neighborhoods ranked in order in your selected area.

You can filter or change the order by clicking on the filter in the upper right hand corner. Once you have selected the data you'd like to see click off of the filter box and you will see the updated results. 

Filter by the type of service to show which is most relevant

You are able to filter into the following: 

1. Rideshare
2. Food
3. Grocery
4. Package

Filter by Day of Week and Time of Day 

You have the option to filter results by specific days of the week and the time of day by selecting Morning, Afternoon, Evening or Night.
